summer art camp FAQ
FAQ
What makes Creative Arts camps unique? We have trained art instructors and assistants working with your child in small groups, using quality art supplies such as acrylic paints, watercolors, oil pastels, polymer clay, fabric paint and more to help them express their creativity.
Can my child take more than one week of camp? Yes! Every week of camp has exciting new projects to draw, paint, and sculpt. Each week, art instructors will present fresh new demonstrations to inspire creativity. Camps are divided by age, so please look at the weekly schedule to determine eligibility: Summer Schedule.
What will my child do in art camp?
Each week is different, but every week will have an aspect of drawing, painting, sculpting and fiber art. Campers will experience art demonstrations and view sample projects, but get to choose what subject matter they draw, paint and sculpt. "Advanced Art Studio" (ages 11-17) will also have the option to try digital art on iPads, and machine sewing projects.
From the parents:
"My daughter attended Art camp for the first time this week and she is loving it! It is all I hear about and she loves the creative and challenging projects. We will be returning." - Shannon M.
"My daughter loves camp. Honestly, this is the first camp she has ever been 'comfortable' with and wants to share all about her day when she gets home." -Jody L.
"My son cannot stop talking about his week at camp. The instructors were so great and he could not wait to start each new project. He gained skills he never knew he had." - Shawn H.
