Ages 6-14, $50/day REGISTER NOW March Art Show Saturday, March 15th, 10:00am-2:00pm Enjoy a fabulous nature-themed art event featuring YOU! Join family and friends in the Dole art galleries for our student & instructor art show, plus explore activities such as face painting, cookie decorating, coloring table, scavenger hunt and other fun activities. Two entries per student; art due by Feb 28th Location: The Dole, 401 Country Club Rd, Crystal Lake, IL 60014 Art will be on display for 2 weeks, with special event on 3/15 Wetland Wonders: A Nature Art Contest Join Creative Arts in celebrating the beauty of northern Illinois nature by submitting your paintings, drawings, or mixed media for our wetlands art competition. Suggested subjects: Waterfowl such as ducks, herons, geese, swans, and loons; wetland scenes such as bogs, marshes, ponds, and fens. Art must be 9x12 or larger, and an original drawing or painting (not traced or directly copied from a photo). Submissions will be displayed at the March Art Show & prizes will be awarded for categories in K-12 and adult entries. Art submission deadline is Feb 28th Adult art contest: Duck Stamp Private Art Parties Schedule your 1.5 to 2 hour private event for ages 6-17 or adult paint party, 5 to 25 participants.
