DIGITAL ART is created with a combination of sketching, drawing and painting using a digital drawing tablet in addition to traditional art materials such as pencil and paper.  Skills learned include composing an image, storytelling, sketching, and rendering in color.   Please bring a flash drive to save your work.  Full sessions only.

Digital Art – limit 8 
​Learn how to create characters, creatures and concept art using a Wacom tablet and Photoshop or Illustrator, scanning your art or drawing directly on the computer to complete your image.  Student follows instructor tutorials for practice, then chooses what they want to draw or paint digitally for main projects.  Realistic styles, cartoon, stylized, whatever you choose!

Digital Art 2 - plus iPad!
Learn digital art on any device; use Photoshop, Procreate, or your choice of art program.  Use studio iPads or Wacoms, or bring your own choice of tablet.  Draw characters, creatures, and build worlds using digital drawing and painting techniques.

Online classes will be taught through Zoom.  You will need a tablet or computer with a drawing program loaded on it.  Preferred drawing program for this class: Adobe Photoshop (paid), Procreate (paid), or photopea.com (free)

Draw & Animate - limit 8 
Learn how to draw characters and animate them using 2D animation techniques in Adobe Photoshop.  You can also make your own 2D comic book.  From Japanese anime to Western superheroes, draw characters, make an animation or create a comic book to share with your friends.

YOUNG ARTISTS   ages 4-10    Develop fine motor skills, basic art skills, and enjoy creating art.  Explore a variety of mediums and build skills.  Classes are divided by age to allow instructors to focus on appropriate developmental skills.  Full or half sessions available.

Let's Sculpt! 
Learn how to design and build art of all kinds with polymer clay, then paint your creations.  Try animals, vehicles, plants, more! Build skills and have fun.  Age 5-8  -Thomas Egger  IN STUDIO

ABC’s of Art

Sculpt Fantasy/Sci-Fi - limit 8 
Make 3D characters, objects & creatures from your imagination!  Make a elves, mermaids, dragons & more.  Sculpt with polymer clay, then bake & paint.  We'll start with a wire base, then wrap clay around it and add details like scales, fur & feathers.  Last, we will paint with acrylics to add shine and more details.

Mythological Creatures
Learn to draw by creating dragons, phoenixes, unicorns and more using markers, colored pencils, gel pens, and watercolors.   Build skills in shading, textures, and color while drawing magical creatures.

Clay Art - $140/8 week class ($128 + $12 materials fee)
Learn a variety of hand building clay skills - make pinch pot creatures, containers and more, then glaze for colorful effects. Kiln-fired.

Beginner Crochet
Looking to learn a new skill?  Try crochet!  Come and learn about different yarns, hooks, stitches and patterns used in the art.  You'll start by making simple crocheted squares that can be used to make scarves, pillows or blankets.  After that, repeat students can learn more advanced patterns to make hats, plushies, and more!  – Alisia Duran
